Introduction to Research Career

He received the Ph.D. from the Liquid Crystal Research Institute at Kent State University. Following graduation, he held a postdoctoral position in the research group of Professor Juan de Pablo—member of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine—at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering, University of Chicago. His work has long focused on the topological dynamics of liquid crystal microstructures, leading to a series of breakthroughs in both fundamental theory and applied technology. Over the past five years, he have published 11 papers as first author, co-first author, or corresponding author in leading journals including PNAS, Physical Review Letters, and ACS Nano.
